Sunday: Location: Bridgehead (1277 Wellington West - Corner of Caroline)
Time: 8:20 AM
Distance: 5 km, plus a variety of other routes ranging from 8 to 10+ km.
Please sign our waiver and fill out our membership form if you plan to join us
Tuesday and Thursdays: 5 km run from Clocktower (418 Richmond Road): we start at 6:30 PM sharp
Tempo Tuesday: Join us at pre-determined locations at 6:00 pm, a different workout every week.
We will be commencing our Re-Smart Program on September 15, 2024 - everyone is welcome.
