Distance: 5 km, plus a variety of other routes ranging from 8 to 10+ km.

Tuesday and Thursdays: 5 km run from Clocktower (418 Richmond Road): we start at 6:30 PM sharp
Tempo Tuesday: Join us at pre-determined locations at 6:00 pm, a different workout every week.
We will be commencing our Start Smart Program in March, 2026 - everyone is welcome.
