If you plan to actively participate in any of our activities, please complete our membership and waiver forms.

2. Donate

We invite you to make an annual $60 donation to Sole Responsibility; 100% of your donation will support greater physical activity for youth in under-serviced communities in the National Capital Region.

Subscribe to our weekly newsletter; you will receive information about our weekly runs (routes) as well as upcoming events, and check out our Facebook and Instagram pages

4. Enjoy the Run

  • Sundays: We meet at 8:20 am at the Bridgehead at 1277 Wellington (corner of Caroline).

    • There are 5k and 10k+ options each week year round.

    • Start Smart: We have Sunday Start Smart programs for new runners in early spring and late fall; Checkout our Facebook for upcoming programs.

  • Coach Karen St-Arnaud leads marathon and half-marathon training during winter/spring. Is this your first marathon? Are you looking for guidance, camaraderie during the long runs, and tempo training? Or, have you completed a marathon and are hoping to improve? Karen, an experienced Boston marathon runner and accomplished triathlete is there to help you meet your goals. Join us Sunday mornings for the long run and Tuesdays for a Tempo workout. Our weekly newsletter will give you all the information you need to join the group.

  • Tuesday Tempo: Join us for weekly interval workouts at 6pm. Troy Austrins leads us every week with a different workout.
