4. Enjoy the Run

  • Sundays: We meet at 8:15am at the Bridgehead at 1277 Wellington (corner of Caroline).
    • There are 5k and 10k+ options each week year round.
    • Start Smart: We have Sunday Start Smart programs for new runners in early spring and late fall; Checkout our Facebook for upcoming programs.
  • Coach Karen St-Arnaud is leading marathon and half-marathon training during winter/spring 2020. Is this your first marathon? Are you looking for guidance, camaraderie during the long runs, and tempo training? Or, have you completed a marathon and are hoping to improve? Karen, an experienced Boston marathon runner and accomplished triathlete is there to help you meet your goals. Join us Sunday mornings for the long run and Tuesdays for a Tempo workout. Our weekly newsletter will give you all the information you need to join the group.
  • Tuesday Tempo: Join us for weekly interval workouts at Dovercourt (411 Dovercourt Ave.) downstairs desk at 6pm year round. Troy Austrins leads us every week with a different workout.
